"100 Years" Gala Dinner in Singapore

On 5th July 2018, in Singapore, LOUIS XIII hosted an exclusive Gala Dinner for 180 esteemed regional guests to celebrate 100 Years – The Song We’ll Hear only #Ifwecare. The gala dinner took place at the Flower Field Hall in Gardens By The Bay Singapore, where influential guests from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Philippines came together in support of LOUIS XIII’s project rallying awareness and action against climate change.

A night of luxurious revelry, the elegant affair began with a welcome address by LOUIS XIII Private Client Director, Chris Kwek and Senior Vice President, Asia-Global Travel Retail, David Ennes. The glittering evening was officiated by LOUIS XIII Global Executive Director, Ludovic du Plessis, who unveiled the state-of-the-art safe that houses the one and only clay record of Pharrell Williams’ composition “100 Years – The Song We’ll Hear Only #Ifwecare”, only to be premiered a century later in 2117.

In the presence of the majestic safe, guests enjoyed an exquisite four-course dinner by Shangri-La Hotel Singapore and the evening ended off with a ceremonial toast with the King of Cognac to celebrate LOUIS XIII’s dedication to terroir and time.
